Health and Beauty Day

Yesterday, my friends and I went to AlJabbar consultant to get treatment. Well, we are not sick, but it is of a sudden urge to take good care of our body.
I have a check up there, and I am quite astonished to know that my blood is actually acidic. No wonder I am easily fatigue and sleepy most of the time. Even my hobby is sleeping! haha Only then I knew I have allergy on milk, dusts, smoke, alcohol and hair coloring. I mean, I never thought that I have this kind of allergy. Ever since I was a kid, whenever I drank some milk, I would feel as if my stomach is bloated. I thought it is normal. About the alcohol allergy, I never knew because I never drank one in my entire life. Lucky me that alcohol is strictly prohibited in Islam. :)

My weight is 45.2 kg and my height is of 157 cm. She told me I am of average BMI level and that's a relief. Those haters out there, please don't call me 'pokok' anymore. You never see me wearing tight t and you never knew how I would look like wearing one. Hahaha. Some people keep mocking me cause they are jealous! They would never had the chance to have a body as slim as mine! Keep hating me will do. That will make me even happier to know you are being jealous of me. :) Someone told me I have a body of SNSD member. Well, I can't deny that because it is true! HAHAHAHAHAHA. Jealous? Thank you. :P

Sorry SD, I am being so positive today, you might feel like throwing up right? :D

About Acidosis (Acidic Blood)

Acidosis is an increased acidity in the blood and other body tissue (i.e., an increased hydrogen ion concentration). If not further qualified, it usually refers to acidity of the blood plasma. Acidosis is said to occur when arterial pH falls below 7.35 (except in the fetus- see below), while its counterpart (alkalosis) occurs at a pH over 7.45. Arterial blood gas analysis and other tests are required to separate the main causes. The term acidemia describes the state of low blood pH, while acidosis is used to describe the processes leading to these states. Nevertheless, the terms are sometimes used interchangeably. The distinction may be relevant where a patient has factors causing both acidosis and alkalosis, wherein the relative severity of both determines whether the result is a high or a low pH. The rate of cellular metabolic activity affects and, at the same time, is affected by the pH of the body fluids. In mammals, the normal pH of arterial blood lies between 7.35 and 7.50 depending on the species (e.g., healthy human-arterial blood pH varies between 7.35 and 7.45). Blood pH values compatible with life in mammals are limited to a pH range between 6.8 and 7.8. Changes in the pH of arterial blood (and therefore the extracellular fluid) outside this range result in irreversible cell damage.

Hey people!

Don't judge me, unless you have looked through my eyes, experienced what I have, and cried as many tears as me. Until then, BACK OFF; for you have no idea.
